1. Where we ship

United States only.

We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to freight forwarders, reshipping services, or addresses that appear to be routed for export. Orders that do will be cancelled and refunded in full.


2. Dispatch

Cut-off Orders placed before 2:00 pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day
After cut-off Dispatched the next business day
Weekends & holidays Dispatched the next business day

 


3. Transit

Transit time is an estimate from the carrier, counted from dispatch — not from the moment you order. It excludes weekends and holidays.


4. Cold chain

Material is dispatched lyophilized and packed with insulated cold-chain packaging appropriate to the compound and the expected transit time.

Lyophilized peptides tolerate short periods at ambient temperature. The cold chain is a margin, not a rescue. A package that arrives warm to the touch is not necessarily a package that arrives compromised.

On arrival, return the material to −20 °C, protected from light, as soon as practical.


5. Tracking

A tracking number is issued when your order is dispatched, to the email address on your order.

If tracking has not updated within 2 business days of dispatch, email support@bioveralabs.us with your order number.


6. On arrival — what to check

Before you store the material:

  1. The seal. Intact and undisturbed.
  2. The material. As the specification describes.
  3. The lot number. The number on the vial must match the number on the Certificate of Analysis in your order.

If the lot numbers do not match, do not use the material. Contact us and we will replace it.

Report any damage, discrepancy, or non-conformity within 14 days of delivery, with photographs and your order number.


7. Risk and title

Risk passes to you on delivery.


8. Lost or delayed shipments

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace it or refund in full.

Where a carrier delay is outside our control we will pursue the claim with them, but we cannot guarantee a transit time we do not operate.

If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or delivery was refused, we will refund the material less shipping. Cold-chain material returned to us is destroyed, not restocked.


9. Incorrect addresses

Check your address at checkout. We dispatch to the address you give us.

If you spot an error, email support@bioveralabs.us immediately — we can change it before dispatch, and not after.
