1. Who we are
BioVera Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, is the controller of the personal information described here.

2. What we collect
You give us:

We never see your card number. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits.
3. The purchase attestation — and why we keep it
This section matters more than the rest of this policy, so read it.
Before checkout you confirm that you are 21 or older, that you are purchasing for laboratory research or formulation development, and that you will not administer the material to any person or animal.
We record that confirmation — the fact of it, the date, and the order it relates to.
We keep it because it is the basis on which we agreed to sell to you. It is evidence of the terms of the transaction, for both of us, and we may need to produce it. We retain it for as long as we are required to, and for at least as long as we retain the order record.
It is not marketing data. We do not use it to profile you, we do not sell it, and we do not share it except as set out in Section 5.

We do not sell your personal information.
5. Who we share it with
- Shopify — our e-commerce platform. Hosting, checkout, order management, analytics. (Shopify's privacy policy)
- Payment processors — via Shopify, to take payment.
- Carriers — your name and delivery address, to deliver your order.
- Professional advisers — accountants, lawyers, where genuinely necessary.
- Authorities — where we are legally required, or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety.
If the business is sold or merged, your information may transfer as part of that. We will tell you.
6. How long we keep it

7. Cookies
We use:
- Essential cookies — your cart, your session, checkout. The site does not work without them.
- Analytics cookies — Shopify's, to see how the site is used.
You can block cookies in your browser. Blocking the essential ones will break checkout.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what we hold about you
- Access a copy of it
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Opt out of marketing, and of any sale or sharing of personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these
To exercise any of them, email support@bioveralabs.com. We will verify who you are before we act, and we will respond within the time the law allows.
One limit worth stating plainly: we cannot delete an order record or a purchase attestation while we are legally required to retain it. We will tell you if that applies.
9. California residents
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the rights in Section 8, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.
10. Marketing
We only email you marketing if you ask us to.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Use it and we stop.
Order, dispatch, and support emails are not marketing. You will keep getting those while an order is live, because they are how we perform the contract.
11. Security
We use Shopify, which maintains PCI-DSS compliance for payment handling. We restrict access to personal information to the people who need it.
No system is perfectly secure, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. If a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
12. Children
This site is not for anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top tells you when we last did. Material changes will be notified on the site.
