Where is my order?
A tracking number goes to the email on your order the moment it dispatches. Check your spam folder first. If tracking has not updated within 2 business days of dispatch, email us with your order number.
My vial arrived damaged, or the lot number doesn't match.
Do not use the material. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the vial, the label, the seal, and the packaging.
Verified claims are replaced or refunded in full, including shipping. We do not argue about this.
Can I get the Certificate of Analysis for my lot?
It ships with your order, and it is publicly retrievable. If you have lost it, email us the lot number from the vial and we will send it again.
Certificates are retained for a minimum of 5 years, so we can produce one long after the vial is gone.
Can you tell me how to prepare or use this material?
No, and we will decline if you ask. Not by email, not on the phone, not in a message.
That is not us being unhelpful. A supplier who advises on use has stated an intended use — and an intended use is what turns a research chemical into an unapproved drug. The moment we answer that question, the restriction on every other page of this site becomes decorative.

Do you ship outside the United States?
No. US domestic only, and we do not ship to freight forwarders or reshipping services. Orders routed for export are cancelled and refunded in full.
I need a quantity larger than the catalogue offers.
Email us with the compound, the quantity, and your application. Bulk volumes, repeat supply and formulation-development quantities are quoted directly rather than sold from a product page.
Can I return an opened vial?
No. Once material has left our cold chain we cannot account for how it was stored, and we will not resell a vial whose handling history is unknown to us.
